The first step is collecting samples by getting the cotton swabs and rubbing them on surfaces like Under the table, unwashed hands, washed hands and the door handle for 10 seconds.
When your finish rubbing the swab you open the lid and you rub it in a zig zag pattern on the petri dish. Once done close the petri dish.One close do not open again.Then you put the sample in a warm place for the bacteria to grow.

I liked every thing in the experiment and I think it is important to learn about this to keep healthy.
